Absolutely! This program is designed for beginners and those looking to refresh their practice. Each step is simple and easy to follow.

You can start with just 10 minutes a day and build up to 15 or even 20 minutes. We understand you have a busy life, and the program is designed to fit into your schedule.

This 21 Day program starts June 1st and runs until June 21st. You will receive an email with all of the details on how to connect in with the Private online community and receive the daily practices. The practices will be a variety of forms of calming tools you can follow along easily within your 10-15 minutes each day. Pick and choose the ones you love and try out new ones too!
You can hop onto this space anytime to access the practices and follow along! -
Life happens! Each day’s content is available to revisit at your own pace, so you can watch and practice whenever it works for you. You will have access to each day's content for the full duration of the 3 week program.

YES! You will be guided through this program with a variety of tools and practices so that you can pick and choose what works for you. Each practice will be guided fully so that you can lean in and follow along.

The Online Community Space will open two days before we start our 21 day Journey together (May 30th).
You will then be receiving daily emails starting June 1st with access to the daily practices (videos and audio tracks to follow along) for each of the 21 days. Each will be between 5 and 15 minutes long.
The Solstice Healing Session (60 minutes) will take place at noon (12pm MT) on Thursday June 19th. If you cannot make it live, you will be able to watch the reply for a few days after until we close the space together June 22nd.
