ELEVATE is an evolution over years of working with and participating in group programs and masterminds. You will get personalized guidance, attention and support in an intimate group of aligned women who are on the same journey as you are.
The guidance and shifts occur in real-time, during the sessions, and is not a home-work based experience.
You will be guided through teachings, activations, alignments, breathwork, energetics and somatics to SHIFT out of old patterning, OWN your power and allow you to fully embody your dreams.Just by CHOOSING to be in the group, and showing up to the mastermind sessions... your life will change... you will change... and you will SEE and FEEL the difference over our time together and beyond.
We dive deep - beyond the "change your mindset" concepts and links to the energetics behind EVERYTHING.

This program runs online so you can acces it from ANYWHERE.
ELEVATE will start on February 23th and run until April 20th.
We will meet once a week (no call the week of March 15th) online for a 60-90 minute call where we will dive into each of the Seven Steps of Elevation - teachings, guidance, group connection, embodiment, breathwork and energetic practices and real time hot spot coaching.
We will also have a private Telegram chat space where you can connect with me and the other women in the group for in between personalized sharing, questions, celebrations and support.
Replays will be made available if you miss a LIVE session or want to revisit.
Exact schedule for dates and times will be confirmed with the women in the group. Current options are Monday evenings and Wednesdays during the day. -
